Cannabis Careers

Salutations~

Ground floor- Going Up!

There are few enough opportunites in life, why not follow your heart and get in on this action?

You don't need to be a grower, or a saleperson, or a billion dollar cartel kingpin.

You just need a bit of passion, or at the very least- a bit of initiative- and you too can make your mark on the ever evolving industry of CANNABUSINESS.

Statistics Canada has released their Nov. 2018 figures and its showing amazing growth in the cannabis sector. National gain of +266% employment in the sector up to 10,400 Jobs total, up from 2800 at this time last year.     Average hourly pay was $29.58 compared to the national average of $27.03

Altho the industry is extremely male dominated ( 78%) with the majority of workers in the agricultural sector, doing bud trimming, harvesting and maintainance, there is a plethora of related jobs in the industry that need filling.   The average age of these workers was 35 and virtually all of them were employed full time in permament positions.

Outside of the argicultural sector, there are many ancillary or support industries that are essential to keeping business flowing-  Security, Legal, Marketing, Graphic Design- I could go on and on- But chances are, there is something in this growing market you could easily adapt your current skills to land a job that would still be within your wheelhouse.

Tired of that same old office?  So are they.
