Genetics- ??? Bred by Paradise Seeds
Super Dutch producers Paradise Seeds delivered fat cones of icecream to the judges at the 2008-2009 High Times Cannabis Cub and came in third with this delicious hybrid. A specialist strain- and surely a precursor to the Dessert Strains that dominated the 2018 Cup with vanilla bombs and sugar.
Visual: 8.5
Very fresh- packed only 7 days before purchase- no noticeable shake, or loose leaf. Buds are conical and tight. Pistils are plentiful- Long and dark orangey-brown. Trichomes are short and extremely milky giving the bud a creamy look over its multi-toned flowers. Exotic!
Aroma: 9.5/10
Stings my eyes almost! Skunky-Limey-Vanilla. Sour Passionfruit, Sweet Mango, Piney-Lemon Pledge. Gasoline. This shit is wild! I could see this being a problem for some people- but I live for this stench. Really stank~ Your apartment building will reek. Don't get pulled over with this open in your car if you don't feel like sharing.
Flavor: 7.5
The smoke has me scratching my head a little. Best to vape low and keep the jar open nearby- I feel like if I were to just smoke or vape without smelling the flowers- I wouldn't pick out many of the flavors I get from the aroma- Its very creamy tho. Not super sweet or sour, not as much vanilla as any of the GSC lineage. Tastes subdued- almost like frozen fruit compared to fresh.
Experience:
This is as much a self-indulgent treat for after dinner as it is an invitation to come over for netflix and chill. This is a functional THC range for people with a big day ahead. Not overly sedative- it helped smooth over the aches of my day, while not drifting outside of my study zone. Seemed a bit "light" after the heavy indica vibes of the Sensi Star earlier this week, but was more elegant in the end.
Medical notes: Pretty dry mouth for such creamy tasting smoke

B.C. Ice Cream is a fun dessert strain that stinks in the best of ways. It really reminds me of one of my top 3 strains of all time- Jacks Cleaner #2 with a bit of Durban Poison in the mix. Not overly unique in its effects, buts it's the strongest smelling Cannabis I have purchased from an LP to date. Its price here in MB was as low as we see and I will recommend this to anyone looking for an exotic smoke. This will be a great concentrate- or breeding plant.- Tons of fun crosses out there.
