Dessert strains are so hot right now.  Winning cannabis competitions around the world, we're seeing a fruity renaissance when it comes to genetics the last few years and Pineapple Sorbet will have you feeling like you live in Bikini Bottom with Squidworth and Spongebob- all giggles-all the time.

Opening nose: Canned pineapple syrup, lemon zest, banana and sweet evergreen.
Busting produced a deeper caramelized pineapple smell- and a candy note that suggests starburst, a waxy sweetness. Also backnotes of that OG fuel, but very subdued in comparison.

Visual: extremely tight, extremely sticky.  I had received this almost 2 months ago and it had been in a sealed jar curing ever since.  Originally it had received about 3-4 weeks of cure time, but I was encouraged to let this one sit while it crystallized into its final form.  And now- Its almost too pretty to smoke.

Bright, lime zest coloring with golden orange pistils snowed over with almost overly large trichomes, setting into pink and purple gradients on the stem- this bud was made to be an instagram model, but unfortunately my camera is having some hardware issues and I can't upload anything at the moment.

Trim / Cure: Trim was 100%, and the cure- well / it took two months of waiting, but it was worth every second.  Now it separates into long white pearls as you can pull each bract apart with a gentle tearing like velcro.   Private reserves like this will spoil you like ice cream for breakfast.

Flavor:  There is a certain quality to this strain- that I believe is due to an increased quantity of a terpene called Ocimene. It is known to have some anti-inflammatory properties that can make your cannabis experience quite soothing and take the tension down.   There is something else I can't quite identify that has a bit of a Creme de Menthe note, that makes you think less of sweet juicy fruit, and more of a frozen treat on a hot day.   Refreshing smoke?

Experience:  This is a medium-high THC content IMO and is great to enjoy mid-day with a nice margarita by the pool, before you tackle that enormous pile of leaves on a fall day, or curling up in a ball in bed next to your cat.   Tastes great, is fun to break up and pack bowls with, smokes well in a bowl and was particularly flavorful in a vape at low temps- that icey sweetness was really unique and begs to be shared.

Medical notes: This was a good patch to help me loosen spastic muscles, helped me be "in the moment"-ie focused, talkative- while also pain relieving.   Would put this in my doctors bag for when I'm having physical symptoms of MS / headache, back pain.  Might even get me dancing!

TLDR:  AAAA Rating.  A stunner in the jar, in the nose, and in the bowl- pineapple sorbet is something that will be too time consuming / expensive to ever see proper commercialization of this strain- and I am fine with that as long as the MB govt allows us to start growing at home without a medical permit-  Hopefully soon. This will be in peoples private gardens for years to come.
