CBD flowers are as varied as THC flowers, with 1:2 ratios seemingly the most prevalent as of this writing.  Sporting between 10-20% CBD and 5-10% THC, these strains tend to be favored by medical patients looking for quick relief of acute symptoms when medical oils might be too slow to take effect.

While still having THC over 5%,  it is best to take things slow as impairment can still arise. In my opinion, "the high" tends to be tempered by the larger CBD % and make the psychoactive effects of THC seem less rocky for the user.  But always beware- low THC will still register at roadside impairment tests, or cause you to test positive on workplace drug screenings.

Opening Inspection:
Small wispy buds, very open structure.  One larger flower that weighed 1.1g, but the rest were all >.5g  No loose shake, Trim seems fine- not much you can do to gussy these up with scissors. I get the feeling that this strain doesn't put out classically heavy indica flowers. The buds are soft and light, but have a distinct stickiness that belies their dark vegetable look.

Aroma:
Candy sweet, wild berries, orange pekoe, bay leaf.
Breaking it down revealed a surprisingly wonderful sweet candied berry note, with mint and maybe a little bit of citrus.  I went from a meh to a mmm! pretty quick after that.

Palate:
This was a complicated tasting.   I began with a bowl and it burned a little hot- and although I was greeted with a cute little berry flavor off the hop, it devolved into a slightly harsh herbal finish that had me coughing.   So I rolled one up, trying to capitalize on the light stickiness and it certainly was an improvement in flavor and had a smooth, light smoke with a touch of sweetness.

But finally- I set up my dry herb vape and HOLY MOLEY- it was like night and day.  Lemon jellybeans was my first thought as the temp was coming up, sweet and nostalgic, then on the second pull around 180c, massive menthol / eucalyptus that paired up quite well with the sweet lemon candy.  I don't think I've ever vaped something that tasted quite like this.  It was very refreshing and lingered throughout my whole sinus- like Vicks's vaporub or a lemon cough drop.

Experience:
The CBD Kush experience is very individual.  If you are a consistent THC user- this THC will likely feel so negligible that a definable experience will come down to, did the CBD do its job?  Or perhaps you are a newer user or someone who prefers a lower THC experience to keep your busy schedule flowing?  Or something approachable for your Sunday hang-over?  This will be a fine strain for you.

But if you are a long time recreational cannabis user like myself- you will have to dig a little deeper to find the true benefits of this strain.  Its great for staying active, for recovering from a workout, for getting the job done, or even a good segue into some netflix n' chill. It just kind of improves my day in general.

TLDR
CannaFarms CBD Kush is a great flower for vaping and a welcome change from all of the CBD skunk available ATM. It doesn't look nearly as good as it tastes and smells. (decent!)  I think this will be an ideal strain for edibles and concentrates to capitalize on that nice Kandy profile.  From a patients perspective, this strain should fit well in your medicine cabinet- for connoisseur's- not much to write home about here.
