Paradise seeds- A global award winning producer from the Netherlands-  Picked a phenotype of Shiva, a land race from India and used it as a breeding mother to create their easy to grow- delicious to smoke Durga Mata.  Using the same mother plant- and some mystery CBD strain- we now have DM-II-CBD.

Specifically- in this case- B.C. DM-II-CBD by FLOWR.  I would like to learn if Flowr have added anything into the genetic mix, or what phenotype expressions their master growers were looking for.

As a fairly pure indica with more sativa-y effects, this strain has been referenced as a philosophers choice, able to settle the body while providing a sense of spiritual well being and loquaciousness.

Opening inspection. 7.5
Buds were conical, fairly dense and very well manicured.  Like little christmas trees.  Medium dark in color with ginger-orange short-n-curly pistils. Trichomes are creamy white, nothing loose in the jar.  Very fresh.   Lightly sticky, buds have a weak resistance when you them pull apart- like cotton candy.

Trim was smooth and tight, buds show some tiny saw-leaf fan patterns that I associate with hardy plants from exotic locales.    And it weighed 3.55g! Excellent

Aroma: 8.5/10
Citrus forward- Lemongrass, bergamot. Musky spiced wood scent, like an antique shop that had incense burning at some point in the not too distant past. Orange pekoe tea.  Pie crust.   But that deep citrus was dominant over all else.

Breaking apart the buds slightly by hand revealed a sharp sweet sour note that had my eye brows wiggling.  Almost stuck to my nose.  Back for more- Gooseberries, Currants- Not quite familiar berry scent.  That is really nice.

Flavor: 7/10
(Water pipe: Single pull bowls)
The lemon notes are still hanging around... a little bit. There is a new herbal note, bay leaf? sort of bitter- like lemon rind. Smoke was thick, but not luxurious- it had me snerking to hold it in a little bit.  Ended on a pleasant kush-spice note after a bit of a coughing session.

(SoloII Vaporizer)
Started low at 140degrees celcius- and WOW- That was wholly different than the pipe. Sharp lemon oil, sweet basil- like a refreshing spring cocktail. That was one of the best low temp vapes I've tried.  As I increased the temps over trial period, 180c started to see more spice market flavor, but so much nicer at low.  And economic- I felt like I got a lot "more" out of my quantity.   Still tasted great on the 7th or 8th pull.

Experience: 8/10
This is a low THC offering that will still leave a veteran feeling like it wasn't bunk weed.  New users wouldn't need to fear anxiety attacks, or paranoia with B.C. Durga Mata 2. It is a conscientious vibe- A go for a bike ride- plant some peas in your garden- write a love letter and never send it kind of vibe.  CBD provides me almost immediate relief from the neuropathic pains in my body, helps sooth muscles after a work out, and give me a bit of back up for anxiety attacks at home.

Medical Notes: GOOD CBD relief- Vape only-  didn't slow anything down- in fact- I've had the most productive couple of days in a while-  But that might just be the spring weather.

TLDR: 8/10
B.C. Durga Mata 2 by the Flowr Group delivered great value for my medical needs.  The appearance / smell / taste was among the best CBD flower I have reviewed yet. Aroma was beautiful and I had a transcendent moment with low temp vape flavors @ 140c. Bud was fresh, cured well and trimmed marine corps tight.  Was all around enjoyable- which is something not all CBD offerings can boast.
